Our first step is to get to know our clients through in-person meetings to discuss their projects and specific needs. We establish the scope and general program of the project through a Site Analysis. Next, we develop a Schematic Design showing preliminary furniture layouts, ideas for color schemes, material and finishes. The design is finalized in the Design Development phase leading to construction drawings showing existing conditions, proposed floor plans, elevations, sections, detail drawings and lighting layouts. We can handle the bidding and contractor selection process and oversee the construction phase to completion.
KITCHEN AND BATH DESIGN
If your kitchen or bathroom need a refresh, we are here to help in every aspect of the remodeling process. We can collaborate with you on your general goals and create a more functional space while incorporating energy-saving appliances and updated materials to create a timeless look. We further offer cabinetry design which can be custom or commercially manufactured and installed by a local supplier.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
If you are building, renovating, or remodeling a second home and can’t be onsite on a regular basis, we can be your trusted point of contact overseeing every aspect of the building process.

CUSTOM FURNITURE, LIGHTING, CARPET, AND TEXTILE DESIGN
We start with a vision of your project in preliminary sketches then provide fabricators with proper drawings and even 3-D renderings. Creating historically correct wallpaper or designing a contemporary fabric pattern that tells your personal story are only a few of our skills.
DIY SERVICES
Working in sessions of 2 or 3 hours long at your location, we can address your design, color, or space planning needs. This focused and intensive session can be used as an initial consultation, a look at a potential project when the scope of work is unclear, or to address specific needs. You can also use this time to assess potential real estate options before you buy or rent or to make sure the space can be modified to fit your needs.
COLOR CONSULTATION
We offer paint and finishes consultations for interior and exterior projects. Meeting in person or remotely, we can work together informally on a palette, or more in depth with options from several color brands. Our strong background in design and color, takes the guess work out of this process – especially where light, reflectivity and surface often come into play.
STAGING FOR REAL ESTATE SALES
If you're looking to sell your home and get top-dollar for it, staging the property can help you do it. Put simply, staging means preparing the home for a potential buyer or "setting the stage". It involves redecorating, rearranging furniture, painting and applying other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. The goal is to make the home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers.
STYLING YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS
Do you feel something is missing or looks off? Styling your personal home, a commercial space or storefront ensures that every angle is picturesque and reflects who you are. Moving furniture around, editing what you already have and/or adding decorative details will help to create the most aesthetically pleasing arrangement possible.
